About MeMy name is Morgan Kreger. I am currently a sophomore in high school. I live in North Carolina with my two brothers, my sister, my mom and my dad. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am grateful for all that I have.
I have always loved to workout in my free time. It is just something I thought was beneficial for me. I also love to play soccer. I play both travel and school soccer. I thought that using my time for the project I have been assigned to workout would be a good idea. I figured this would be a great idea and be beneficial in many ways. I can't wait to begin my journey! My GoalI have chosen to pursue something that I have always loved to do. I want to combine working out and keeping a healthy lifestyle. I have set two goals to achieve through out the course of the next twelve weeks.I have set up a basic routine to do every week day. If I choose to take a break during the week then I will workout on Saturday. My main goal is to stay focused on this project.
There are two goals that I have set for myself. The first goal is to lose at least ten pounds over the next twelve weeks, if possible more than that. My second goal is to decrease my mile time by at least one minute. My routine will involve working all parts of my body. You can view my workout on the "Basic Routine" page. The ultimate goal is to maintain a routine and to stay motivated. I will share my progress through weekly blog post. I look forward to sharing my journey with you! |
